About Flourish Agroecology
Our Story
Kirsty is a self-confessed soil nerd and a lover of the land. She is fascinated about the relationships between soil, microbes, plants, and animals (including humans) and believes that optimum health only occurs when these relationships are working in unity. Her goal is to help farmers and land stewards understand and embrace these relationships in order that their landscapes, businesses and families can truly flourish.
Along with ten years' experience in mixed enterprise farming, Kirsty has studied agroecological coaching with Nicole Masters, microbiology and microscopy with Elaine Ingham, Holistic Management through the Savoury Institute, Permaculture Design with Milkwood Permaculture, and Regenerative Agriculture at Southern Cross University.
Our Services
We work closely with our clients to articulate their farming goals, and through soil and plant investigations, identify the enabling factors for growth. We help our clients to understand the fundamentals of landscape function and the interactions between plants, minerals, microbes and herbivores. We give our clients the tools that allow their enterprise and their landscape to flourish.

We believe that regenerative agriculture is a state of being, one that focuses on long-term profitability in alignment with environmental stewardship. It is our mission to empower farmers with the tools and understanding they need to create adaptive and resilient farming enterprises that will not only profit their families but will restore landscape function and soil health.
